Curved surfaces and an interesting colour palette provide a modern twist to a timeless shaker kitchen.
Tara loved the idea of having an unusual kitchen that would stand out and reflect the character of her and the family. After further discussion, our designer felt that a defined seating area and plenty of room were essential elements for this busy family.
Aubergine paint finish doors with contrasting painted handles create a look that is distinctive and fun. The unusual curves of a suede finish and solid oak worktop provide an individual and totally unique overall design. Integrated Siemens appliances prevent practical requirements from cluttering the kitchen; a white induction glass hob even provides a touch of elegance. The central kitchen island helps to clearly define each space whilst unifying the whole. The choice of family dining space or coffee at the peninsula demonstrates the flexibility of this kitchen. Even washing up is a pleasure with the six drawer feature sink unit overlooking a large picture window.
Tara desired a kitchen that was something different. Having a place for the family to sit at was essential, but it needed to be personal to them. Our designer created a custom curved island which incorporated personal bookshelves for the Stuttard’s to showcase their personal items.
